We understand that travel plans can change, and we offer a flexible cancellation policy to support your needs.

Cancellation Conditions

• For confirmed bookings, cancellations made up to 15 days before the arrival date are free of charge.
• For cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged as a no-show fee.
• In the case of early departures, 100% of the remaining nights will be charged as no-show.

Check-in & Check-out Times

• Check-in time: from 14:00
• Check-out time: by 12:00 noon
